You can track your order by selecting the “Order” tab on you profile. Isagenix will upload your order information provided by the shipping company so that you can track your order. The tracking link provided will send you to the shipping company’s website for details.
What are the return policies?
If you have received damaged goods, Isagenix will replace your product free of charge but they do not do refunds. If you’ve ordered a product but you no longer want it, you can’t exchange it for another product but you can contact the customer service at (877) 877-8111, or by emailing email@example.com. All return enquiries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll be sent a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization). Not satisfied with the products you’ve received?
